CPSM®认证项目的知识体系 |
|
CPSM这套知识体系非常完善，全部来自于ISM整理的跨国公司最佳实践，它涵盖所有供应管理的主要环节，涉及到当今的供应环境和工作环境的复杂性，例如风险、战略采购、供应专业人士为推动其组织价值增加所需的技术和增值技能。适合于生产性采购和非生产性采购。于目前没有接受过完整采购知识学习的国内采购从业者，这一套知识体系将是指导实际工作，提升业务技能，拓宽职业生涯必不可少的最佳选择。整套知识体系分为独立的3个模块内容，分别如下： |
